Excellent opportunity for someone with an accounting/finance background. CPA not necessary.
We are seeking an energetic Accounts Receivable/Payable Bookkeeper for a Part Time/Full Time position to fulfil the following functions:

 

DUTIES:

  • Reconcile QuickBooks (cloud version)
  • Apply all credits and account adjustments
  • Account receivable; issue invoices/credits statements
  • Account payable; print checks
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
  • File sales/use tax quarterly
  • Assist with tax preparation
  • Create reports as necessary
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary
