The Account Manager is responsible for:
- Making 40+ prospecting calls per day
- Developing and securing new revenue-generating business opportunities and relationships
- Using CRM software for activity tracking, lead follow-up, pipeline management and opportunities
- Prospecting via the internet, telephone, advertising campaigns and other sources
- Ensuring high post-sale satisfaction and positive long-term relationships
- Performing all other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Two to three years successful B2B sales experience (selling services versus product is preferred)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with a CRM system is preferred)
- Ability to develop reports and presentations for management and clients Conversant in Technology (hardware) a huge plus
- Valid State driver’s license and reliable transportation
