The Account Manager is responsible for:

  • Making 40+ prospecting calls per day
  • Developing and securing new revenue-generating business opportunities and relationships
  • Using CRM software for activity tracking, lead follow-up, pipeline management and opportunities
  • Prospecting via the internet, telephone, advertising campaigns and other sources
  • Ensuring high post-sale satisfaction and positive long-term relationships
  • Performing all other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Two to three years successful B2B sales experience (selling services versus product is preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with a CRM system is preferred)
  • Ability to develop reports and presentations for management and clients Conversant in Technology (hardware) a huge plus
  • Valid State driver’s license and reliable transportation
