Shift/Hours: Days (9AM-5PM) Career Level: Experienced

Description:

This position is responsible for finding and qualifying sales leads for ITAD (IT Asset Disposition), primarily computers, laptops and other IT hardware. Measures of success include a high volume of qualified lead generation, new customer acquisition, and a contribution to the overall sales team success.

Duties include but ae not limited to:

  • Make up to 80 calls per day
  • Ability to work at a desk environment on the phone 8 hours a day
  • Ability to have in person meetings with prospective customers
  • Use CRM software for activity tracking, lead follow-up, pipeline management and opportunity
  • Ensure high post-sale satisfaction and positive long-term relationships

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • College education preferred
  • Previous experience with technology or high tech concepts, sales, value propositions (IT hardware a plus).
  • Previous B2B tele-prospecting experience
  • Proven track record of having a goal-oriented approach to reaching and exceeding monthly goals.
  • Ability to succeed in a customer-centric, metrics-driven environment
  • Must have a professional, positive business image and the ability to respond appropriately to a variety of situations
  • Must be organized, able to work independently, have a positive attitude and good listening skills
  • Must be able to quickly and succinctly write briefs from conversations
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Applications: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
