This position is responsible for helping recruit, screen, interview and help place workers. Responsibilities may also include handling employee relations, payroll and benefits. For the right individual, this may be an exciting opportunity to convert this to a full-time position and help launch and build a new HR department!

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain a recruiting strategy
  • Develop and maintain all hiring ads
  • Develop and maintain HR strategy
  • Develop and maintain new and current job descriptions
  • Implement overall HR strategy
  • Work to screen all incoming candidates
  • Help in interview process
  • Help build a company culture everyone can be proud of

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • BS/BA College Degree
  • Previous experience with successful HR strategies
  • Previous recruiting and hiring experience
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to succeed in a customer-centric, metrics-driven environment
  • Must be organized, able to work independently, have a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Applications: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
