OTHardware is looking to fill an IT Hardware sales position with excellent earning and growth opportunity! This role is responsible for active sales of thousands of IT hardware components including servers, networking equipment, data storage gear and parts for all of the above. Many of the brands we carry include DELL, HP, Cisco, EMC, IBM, etc.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Developing relationships with prospective buyers
- Actively seeking new sales channels
- Fulfilling incoming orders
- Work with our inventory system to search for products and invoice clients
- Create specialized inventory lists to send to prospective buyers
Broker opportunities
For the right individual, there will be opportunities to purchase equipment packages that can be resold for a profit.
Our Ideal Candidate:
• College education preferred
• Previous experience with technology or high tech concepts, sales, value propositions (IT hardware a plus).
• Previous B2B tele-prospecting experience
• Proven track record of having a goal-oriented approach to reaching and exceeding monthly goals.
• Ability to succeed in a customer-centric, metrics-driven environment
• Must have a professional, positive business image and the ability to respond appropriately to a variety of situations
• Must be organized, able to work independently, have a positive attitude and good listening skills
• Must be able to quickly and succinctly write briefs from conversations
• Must be proficient in MS Office Applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
