Warehouse Project Specialist – OceanTech Careers | Join the Team

We are looking to add a Warehouse Project Specialist to our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining inventory, shipping, and knowledge of IT hardware. Our box program is growing so we are looking for an individual that will be able to get the boxes ready and see the process through full completion of the items being inventoried. 

Duties:

  • Prepare and ship boxes to customers
  • Inventory incoming customer packages
  • General tech ability to open/disassemble servers/laptops/desktops, find and document/remove all data containing devices
  • Identify data containing devices
  • Work on multiple customer projects at a time
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years experience in inventory management
  • 1+ years experience working in the tech resale/ITAD industry
  • 1+ years in shipping and receiving
  • Exemplary mathematical analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in typing skills and/or data entry
  • Working knowledge of network, PC operating systems, and core software applications
