One of the best things about working at OceanTech is that we have the ability not only to recycle used electronics but to refurbish and donate used electronic equipment to worthy causes.As part of our goal to give back to the community, we recently donated 30 computers to the Foundation for Eden Prairie Schools. The Foundation, in turn, donated the computers to families that did not have computers available for their children to use for school. Through the generous donations of individuals and businesses, the Foundation has been able to donate a total of 80 computers to needy families so far this year.OceanTech is thrilled to be in partnership with worthwhile organizations like the Foundation for Eden Prairie Schools. Since its creation in 1998, the Foundation has provided more than $380,000 in financial and in-kind support to students and families within the school district.As a company, OceanTech strives to be a good corporate citizen.
